3. Products & Specifications

All product descriptions, purity levels, technical specifications, packaging details, and certifications are provided in good faith.

• Product specifications may vary slightly due to natural agricultural variations.
• Certificates of Analysis (COA) shall prevail over website descriptions.
• Buyers are encouraged to verify specifications before order confirmation.

4. Quotations & Orders

All quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation document. Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by GIBA Exports Enterprises.

• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order when necessary.
• Pricing may change without prior notice.
• Order processing begins after payment terms are fulfilled.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices may be quoted under FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW or other mutually agreed Incoterms.

• Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
• Letter of Credit (LC)
• Cash Against Documents (CAD)

Shipment scheduling may begin only after agreed payment conditions have been satisfied.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• Port congestion
• Customs clearance procedures
• Weather conditions
• Shipping line schedules
• Government regulations

Risk transfer shall be governed by the applicable Incoterm agreed in the sales contract.

7. Quality Assurance

Every shipment undergoes quality inspection and verification before dispatch.

• Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Phytosanitary Certificate
• Fumigation Certificate
• Packing List
• Commercial Invoice
• Certificate of Origin

8. Inspection & Claims

Buyers must inspect products immediately upon receipt.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Supporting evidence may be required.
• Late claims may not be accepted.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of agricultural export products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

• Incorrect product was supplied.
• Verified quality deviation exists.
• Written approval is granted by GIBA Exports Enterprises.

10. Limitation of Liability

GIBA Exports Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or delays caused by third parties.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the affected shipment.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and branding materials are the property of GIBA Exports Enterprises.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
