What grades of psyllium husk do you export?

We export 85%, 90%, and 95% purity grades. We also offer organic certified psyllium husk and fine-milled psyllium powder.

Which countries do you export to?

Primary markets are UAE and Malaysia. We also export to USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and other countries.

What certifications come with the product?

COA, Phytosanitary Certificate, FSSAI, Fumigation Certificate, Halal Certificate (on request), and Organic Certificate for organic grades.

What is the typical lead time?

Answer

Standard lead time is 7–10 business days from order confirmation and LC establishment. Express orders in 3–5 days subject to stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer

We accept LC (Letter of Credit), TT (Telegraphic Transfer), and CAD (Cash Against Documents). For new buyers: 30% advance, 70% against BL copy.

Can you arrange FCL (Full Container Load) shipments?

Answer

Yes. A standard 20-foot FCL holds 17–20 MT of psyllium husk. We arrange FCL and LCL shipments from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai.

Do you provide product samples?

Answer

Yes, we provide samples (250g–1kg) at courier cost. All samples are lab-tested and come with a Certificate of Analysis.

What are the packaging options?

Answer

25 kg multi-layer kraft paper bags, 500 kg FIBC jumbo bags, or custom packaging as per buyer requirement.

Is organic certified psyllium husk available?

Answer

Yes, we supply USDA/EU organic certified psyllium husk with complete organic chain of custody documentation.
