Inquiry & Quote
Submit your product requirements via our quote form, email, or WhatsApp. Our team responds with pricing, specifications, and availability within 24 hours.
Contract & Payment
Once terms are agreed, we finalize the sales contract. Payment via LC, TT, or CAD. Pro-forma invoice issued upon order confirmation.
Sourcing & Quality Control
We source product from certified farms in Gujarat. Each lot undergoes lab testing for purity (fiber %), moisture, ash content, and microbiological parameters.
Packaging & Documentation
Product is packed per your specification (25 kg bags or FIBC). We prepare: BL, COA, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, packing list, and invoice.
Shipment & Delivery
Cargo is loaded at Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai. You receive BL copy and tracking details immediately. Cargo arrives at your port on schedule with full insurance.
